Contemporary Art, Photography and Printing

Having achieved a BA first class( hons) in photography at the University of Northampton and MA Contemporary Art Practice. Nigel is now embarking on a PhD exploring latency in viewer activated art. Having contributed significantly to the final BA show "Illusion, Interaction, Introspection", Nigel was awarded a NNCA Professional Development Residency Award 2023 resulting int the exhibition "Scratching the surface" alongside Niall Redmond. 

 

Nigel has participated in group shows, "Scratching the Surface", "Visions Unveiled", and curating the major show "On The Surface" alongside Rosie Zielinski.

 

Nigel's work explores man's interaction with the environment and the damage that is left behind. He has produced work utilising video, Installation, giclee printing, Intaglio and Screen printing.

 

Working with experimental photographic and printing methods whilst blurring the lines between Photography and Fine Art.
